200 m run

30 wall balls

20 toes to bar

30 box jumps 24"/20"

20 sumo deadlift high pulls 53/35

30 burpees

20 shoulder to overhead 

weights;

    Question, is this a ladder? We start with the run and go for 6 min. and get as far as we can. What we complete is our score?

    Hey Terry
    Love this whole site and trying to fit in workouts so I can get myself on the scoreboard but more importantly compare progress against similar aged CFers. Most in my box were born after John Lennon got shot.
    Exactly how is this workout scored – It looks like simple reps and if so does the run count as one?
