Do I have to pay with Auto Pay?
Yes. Sorry there are no exceptions. All member fees must be paid via auto pay from either a credit card or a Visa/MC Debit Card. To cancel your auto pay membership a 30 day written notice is required (emails are accepted).
What are your hours?

Do I need experience or some minimum level of fitness?
No. Our workouts and exercises scale to any level. You must be 16 years of age or older to become a member. If you have any known health issues we may require to get written authorization from your doctor.
Is the Elements Program mandatory?
Yes. All new members, regardless of fitness level or CrossFit experience are required to attend the Elements program.
How much does the Elements Program cost?
The fee for the Elements Class is $180. This fee also includes a WOD book and two weeks of our normal group classes at no extra cost. See details on our membership fees here.
What does the Elements Program cover?
The elements program will introduce to the fundamentals movements of CrossFit. We stress technique, proper form and safety before introducing you to intensity. Some of the basic movements you will learn are the Squat, Body Rows, Dead lift, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Thrusters, Jumping and Kipping Pull-Ups and Medicine Ball Cleans.
I can’t fit the Elements program into my schedule. Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. If you prefer 1 on 1 personal training to get yourself introduced to CrossFit let us know. We will work with you to find a schedule that works for you and get started as soon as possible. Personal training fees run $50 per hour one hour session.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes we do. To full-time students, active military, police officers, EMTs and firefighters we offer a 10% discount on monthly fees. We also offer discounted packages for couples and annual memberships. Please note that you cannot combine discounts.
